Pre Christmas Stuff
Kendall's class at school had a Christmas program for the parents. I'm amazed how many Christmas lyrics she memorized, and I shouldn't be surprised by how seriously she took it all!
The girls' first attempt at a gingerbread house. It ended up being the most pitiful, nekked gingerbread house ever. Partly due to the fact that they ended up eating any candy that did actually manage not to slide off, and Daddy kept setting off the smoke alarm trying to get the gas logs working. We spent the next thirty minutes outside on the front steps with all doors and windows open to air out the fumes. Seriously, Daddy, don't blow up a house I finally managed to move into and settle into. Seriously.
Brielle watching Kendall's school program.
Belinda (my boss, friend, and partner in crime) and I planned a Christmas luncheon for the teachers. Since the décor was becoming a fiasco, I went with it and went all out. Our theme become "Tacky Christmas". Gotta just roll with it, peeps.
Kendall, Brielle, Haley and Hannah made Christmas cookies and cards for the mailmen. Or as Brielle calls them, the mailboxers.
Trying to pass the time with Christmas crafts.
Some were more into pictures than others.

Hallloween 2015
Halloween this year was definitely a washout. I shouldn't complain since there's been absolutely no rain since our slab was poured back in June. I know how excited everyone else is for the much needed rain, though I sure wish it hadn't come just in time for Halloween fun. Our church festival was rained out, which meant my bff, Jennifer, and I have to put our Lucy and Ethel costumes on hold for next year.
Brielle wore her costume to Kendall's class party so ensure she would actually have an opportunity to wear it. She was one cute Minnie Mouse!
Pretty much everybody decided collectively to move trick-or-treating up a day so Friday we did get to go collect some good loot and candy with Grayson, the nice dinosaur.

Brielle's Fall Fun
Fall is always such a fun time in preschool!
Brielle got to go on her first field trip to the pumpkin patch. The weather cooperated, though it was a little hot, and we had a great time!

Loading up for the hayride!
Brielle wanted a baby pumpkin. She posed with it for mama.
The next week was their fall party. The class sang their apple tree song for us.
But the best part was the inflatables!
