Brielle's K4 Thanksgiving Program

Pumpkin Patches

Kendall and Brielle both got to go on field trips to local pumpkin patches. Unfortunately I was not able to attend Kendall's, but she has some close friends in the class and I had some mama friends keeping an eye on and caring for my girl. They both ended up having a great time! Too bad it was hot as blazins!

Friends and Fun Run

Kendall and her friends participated in their school's fun run fundraiser. They had a great time!

Later we went to see the homecoming parade.

Brielle's Last First Day of Preschool

This big girl was also more than ready for school to start.  It was terrible having to wait two whole weeks after Kendall started school! 

I hit me that this is the last year we'll have a preschooler in our house.  I don't know how in the world that is possible.  It's insanity!  These girls are getting bricks for Christmas because this Mama can't handle it.

Brielle's teacher, Mrs. Leisa, was also her mother's morning out teacher when she was one.  So I KNOW they'll have another fabulous time together this year.

Rockin' Second Grade

How? HOW?? How in THE WOLRD is my first born baby in second grade alrady??!

This rock star is ready to rock second grade!

Kendall's teacher this year is Mrs. Polk, my bff for over ten years.  Danielle was at the hospital when Kendall was born.  Kendall's biggest worry this year is how she can call Mrs. Danielle "Mrs. Polk".  Cuz she always has to find something to worry about :)

Apparently I pressed my luck one picture too many.  She was over it. Second grade was waiting for crying out loud.

I think she's confident and ready?!  I'll put on my game face and pretend like I am too.

Recitals

Kendall completed her first year of piano! She seems to have inherited the same music gene as her aunt. She loves it, and loves her teacher, Mrs. Laura. We're so proud of how far she's come in one year!

 

Brielle had her first TOT program this week too!  She's quite skilled with the basketball!

Kendall completed her third year of ballet.  Dancing is her next favorite thing after music.
